Vittorio Codeluppi

Vittorio Codeluppi is a Lodi-based accountant and politician who recently stirred controversy after posting a video on social media showing him driving a Porsche at 252 km/h on a German highway. Appointed as the head of the public water company Sal in July 2023, Codeluppi faced backlash from local political groups for what they deemed diseducational behavior, especially given his public role. In response to the criticism, he clarified that he was driving in Germany where there are no speed limits, and he apologized for any misunderstandings caused by the video, which he claimed was filmed during a holiday in mid-August. Codeluppi is also known for his previous roles in local government, including serving as an assessor for Labor and Productive Activities.
