Vlad Tica

Vlad Tica is a Romanian gynecologist who previously served as the head of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at the County Hospital of Constanța and was also involved in the management of the private hospital ISIS Medical Center, later known as Spitalul Armonia, which has faced serious allegations regarding its operational legality and patient safety.
