Vladimir Chudentsov
Vladimir Chudentsov is a former journalist who faced significant legal troubles and spent about five years in prison after being arrested in 2019 on charges related to drug possession and distribution of inappropriate material. Initially a propagandist for the Lukashenko regime in the 1990s, he later distanced himself from journalism, working as a boiler operator before returning as a reporter for Tut.by. After controversy surrounded his career, he became involved with the project Nexta, which gained notoriety for sharing information on police activities during protests in Belarus. Released from prison in October 2024, he has since taken on a low-profile job as a cloakroom attendant at a clinic in Minsk.
