Vladimir Karunas

Vladimir Karunas is a former deputy of the Minsk City Council, who gained notoriety after being sentenced to five years in prison for corruption and fraud in 2009. He was closely associated with the Liberal Democratic Party of Belarus and served as a deputy under the leadership of Sergey Gaydukevich.
