Vladimir Meleca
Vladimir Meleca is the president of the Liberal Party's branch in Transnistria and a candidate in the parliamentary elections. He was recently in the news after being detained by the self-proclaimed Ministry of Security in Tiraspol, where he was reportedly held on charges that led to a criminal case against him. He has since been released but is under restrictions that prevent him from leaving the Transnistrian region.
