Vladimir Muñoz Hernández

Vladimir Muñoz Hernández is the interim deputy director of the Organismo de Investigación Judicial (OIJ) in Costa Rica, where he has contributed significantly to narcotics investigations for over 20 years. He has highlighted the increasing complexity of drug trafficking operations in Costa Rica, discussing the use of disposable airstrips by drug cartels to facilitate the transportation of cocaine and other narcotics through the region.
