Vladimir Naumov
Vladimir Naumov is a former Belarusian politician and security official, born in 1956 in Smolensk. He served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs from 1976 and held significant positions including the head of special police units and Minister of Internal Affairs from 2000 to 2009. In addition to his political career, Naumov was also involved in sports administration, leading the Belarusian Hockey Federation from 2001 to 2010. By 2024, he was noted for owning a significant stake in a company involved in grain trade in conflict-affected regions.
