Vladimir Pavlovsky, 31, hails from the village of Malki in the Goretsky District. He studied physics at the Mogilev State University named after Arkadiy Kuleshov and later pursued marketing at the Belarusian Agricultural Academy in Horki. His career began as a physics and mathematics teacher in schools in Mogilev and Horki. He has held significant political roles, including first secretary of the Goretsky District Committee and the Mogilev Regional Committee of the BRSM (Belarusian Republican Youth Union). Additionally, he served as the deputy general director for ideological work at the Mogilev Meat Processing Plant. In 2024, he was appointed as a deputy in the House of Representatives. Recently, he was in the news for being appointed as the new leader of the BRSM following the vacancy left by Alexander Lukyanov.
