Vladimir Seneković

Vladimir Seneković is the owner of the private clinic Arbor Mea, where former orthopedic surgeon Gregor Kavčič allegedly performed significantly more surgeries than permitted under his contract with a public hospital. Seneković defended Kavčič, stating that the surgeon was listed as the operator on patient discharge papers, arguing that the clinic followed the proper protocols despite the ongoing investigation by the Health Insurance Institute of Slovenia (ZZZS) regarding the reporting of Kavčič's additional work.
