Vladimir Silbaški

Vladimir Silbaški is a Serbian traveler who recently found himself stranded in the Maldives due to flight cancellations caused by escalating conflicts in the Middle East. He was part of a group of around 160 people from the Balkans, including families, who faced challenges in securing alternative travel arrangements as prices for return flights surged dramatically. Despite being in regular contact with the embassy, he expressed concerns over the financial burden of extended accommodation and the uncertainty of their return home.
