Vladimir Stefaniani is a Georgian businessman and the founder of the 'Crystal Group,' established in 2008, which is primarily involved in the hospitality and real estate sectors in the resort town of Bakuriani. Recently, he was arrested by the Financial Ministry's Investigation Service for allegedly constructing five hotels and a private ski resort without the necessary permits, leading to accusations of illegal income amounting to 1.8 million.
