Vladimir Tsyplakov

Vladimir Tsyplakov was a talented Belarusian ice hockey player who played as a forward in the NHL and had a significant impact on the sport in Belarus. He was recognized for his contributions to the game and also lost his life in the same tragic plane crash as Ruslan Salei.
