Vladimir Ulam

Vladimir Ulam, a 32-year-old member of the Škaljari criminal clan, was recently extradited to Montenegro from Serbia, where he was arrested in a police operation aimed at dismantling organized crime groups. He faces serious criminal charges, including attempted murder and illegal possession of weapons, following a long-term investigation and coordination between law enforcement agencies of Montenegro and Serbia.
