Volodimir Zelenskis

Volodimir Zelenskis is the President of Ukraine, having taken office in May 2019. A former comedian and television producer, he rose to prominence through his role in the popular television series 'Servant of the People,' where he portrayed a teacher who unexpectedly becomes president. Zelenskis has been a central figure in Ukraine's response to the ongoing conflict with Russia, advocating for reforms, anti-corruption measures, and seeking international support for Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity. Recently, he was in the news due to Russian airstrikes that targeted a hospital in Kamjans'ke, resulting in the tragic loss of life.
