Volodymyr Horkovenko

Volodymyr Horkovenko is a former journalist and media executive who previously oversaw media operations within the administration of President Petro Poroshenko. He has been involved in the Ukrainian media landscape for years and was a candidate for the position of head of the Public Broadcaster's Board.
