Volodymyr Kovtun
Volodymyr Kovtun was a dedicated instructor at a children's railway in Kharkiv, Ukraine, and a former employee of the national railway company, Ukrzaliznytsia. He remained actively involved in the railway community even after his retirement in 2022. Tragically, he lost his life due to injuries sustained during a Russian airstrike on Kharkiv on June 7, 2025, while he was near the children's railway.
