Volodymyr Prokopiv
Volodymyr Prokopiv is a Ukrainian politician and member of the Kyiv City Council, representing the 'European Solidarity' faction since 2014. Recently, he was suspended from his role as deputy head of the Kyiv City State Administration by Mayor Vitaliy Klychko amid allegations of organizing schemes for the illegal transportation of draft evaders to Europe.
