Volodymyr Skubenko

Volodymyr Skubenko is a former member of the Ukrainian parliament and co-owner of the International Institute of Management and Financial Risks (MIPUFR). He was mentioned in connection with the court ruling that favored MIPUFR in its claim to recover funds related to a failed auction for peat extraction rights in Ukraine.
