Vukosava Vukica Mićunović

Vukosava Vukica Mićunović is a renowned Montenegrin mountaineer and the first woman from Montenegro to summit Mount Elbrus, the highest peak in Europe, in 1956. She played a significant role in promoting mountaineering in Montenegro and was the first president of the Mountaineering Association of Montenegro. Her achievements have inspired many in the region, and she is remembered as a national hero for her contributions to both politics and sports.
