W. M. Irshad

W. M. Irshad is an engineer and the manager of the vast Kandy water supply project in Sri Lanka. He has been actively involved in restoring water supply services in Kandy following severe disruptions caused by adverse weather conditions. Irshad reported that water supply has begun in some areas and expressed optimism that full restoration of services would be achieved within two days despite some delays due to damages in the pipe system.
