Wael Al-Ammar

Wael Al-Ammar is a Syrian translator who was injured in the 2012 shelling of a media center in Homs, Syria, where he was working alongside journalists. He has since been associated with efforts to document the war in Syria and provide support for journalists operating in conflict zones.
