Born in 1949, Vaccari's works often explore themes of art history and human experience, drawing comparisons to classic figures like Brueghel. He has exhibited widely, and his art reflects a deep engagement with both social commentary and aesthetic beauty. Recently, he was featured in a major exhibition titled "Desiderio e capricci" at the Galleria Ceribelli in Bergamo, part of the cultural festival "La Milanesiana," directed by his sister, Elisabetta Sgarbi.
