Walter Barrachea

Walter Barrachea is an intensivist physician who played a crucial role in the emergency medical response for Damián Condorí, the governor of Chuquisaca, following a severe accident that left Condorí in critical condition. Barrachea was part of the multidisciplinary team that performed a complex neurosurgery on the governor after he suffered significant trauma.
