Walter Schroeder

Walter Schroeder is a philanthropist and the founder of Dominion Bond Rating Service (now known as Morningstar DBRS). He has invested $300 million in the construction of the Schroeder Ambulatory Centre in Richmond Hill, Ontario, which is expected to provide publicly funded diagnostic services and has recently received a license to operate.
