Walter V., also known by the alias 'Coco', was recently detained by the Ecuadorian Armed Forces in Chone, Manabí province. He is believed to be a member of 'Los Fatales', which is the armed wing of the notorious criminal organization, Los Choneros, recognized as a terrorist group by the Ecuadorian government. His arrest was part of a broader operation targeting organized crime in the region.
