Walya Kheir Sidi Al-Mokhtar is a member of the Mauritanian National Assembly and was recently in the news for accompanying the President of the National Assembly, Mohamed Bembem Makht, on his return from participating in the seventh conference of Arab parliamentarians held in Cairo, Egypt.
