Wang Tzu-an

Wang Tzu-an is the Warden of Dama Village, which is located upstream of the Mataian River. He was proactive in communicating with central government and weather bureau officials, receiving warnings about potential flash flooding days before the barrier lake burst, and successfully evacuated residents two days prior to the disaster.
