Wayne Liu

Wayne Liu, also known as Wei Liu, is a property developer and New Zealand citizen who has lived in the country since 2005 after graduating from Massey University. He has worked alongside Edison Xin on notable Auckland projects such as Hobson Green and Amaia. Liu has been in the news for the liquidation of their companies, which has raised concerns about the impact on subcontractors and the broader property sector due to defaults exceeding $20 million.
