Wellington Atnaud

Wellington Atnaud is the executive director of the National Institute of Potable Water and Sewage (INAPA) in the Dominican Republic. He was involved in the inauguration of a supposed aqueduct in Haina, which has been met with skepticism from residents regarding its effectiveness.
