Wend Pakisdé Abdoul Rasmané Ouédraogo, also known as Owar, is a judicial police officer in the national gendarmerie of Burkina Faso. He recently gained attention for presenting his debut poetry collection titled 'Sous l’étoile du Sahel' on November 3, 2025, in Ouagadougou. The collection consists of 16 poems divided into three parts, reflecting the resilience and hopes of the Burkinabè people amidst adversity, and paying tribute to unsung heroes and victims of terrorism.
