Wendwaoga Kéré

Wendwaoga Kéré is a retired Brigadier General of the Air Force in Burkina Faso, who previously served as the Secretary Permanent of the Commission nationale de contrôle des armes (CNCA). He was recognized for his leadership in coordinating efforts against the proliferation and illicit trafficking of arms in the country.
