He gained fame for his role as Michael Scofield in the hit television series 'Prison Break,' which premiered in 2005. Miller studied English literature at Princeton University and began his acting career in the late 1990s with roles in series like 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' and 'Dinotopia.' Despite his initial success, he faced personal struggles, including depression and weight gain, which he later attributed to suicidal thoughts. In 2021, he publicly came out as autistic, sharing his journey and advocating for greater awareness of autism. Miller has largely stepped back from the public eye but remains a beloved figure for his contributions to television and his courageous openness about his identity.
