Wharekura

Wharekura is the director of Rotorua-based NZ Educational and Training Services, known for his mishandling of immigration cases. He was recently censured by the Immigration Advisers Complaints and Disciplinary Tribunal for failing to follow instructions in a residency application, which resulted in a foreign worker being forced to leave New Zealand. This incident marked his second appearance before the tribunal, where he was held liable for providing poor advice and was ordered to pay compensation for multiple breaches of the Licensed Immigration Advisers Code of Conduct.
