Wilfred Kitur Kimalat

Wilfred Kitur Kimalat is a former Permanent Secretary for Provincial Administration and National Security in Kenya, who has been implicated in a land grab case involving prime public land in Eldoret. The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) alleges that he, along with others, fraudulently alienated land originally reserved for government housing, valued at Sh200 million.
