Wilkie Arthur

Wilkie Arthur is a local reporter and former convict who served 11 years for armed robbery. Since his release in 2023, he has dedicated himself to steering young people away from crime in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Arthur is particularly concerned about the plight of Haitian youths who find themselves in legal limbo, often leading them to gang involvement due to lack of opportunities and proper documentation.
