William Brock

William Brock is an 83-year-old man who was sentenced to 21 years to life in prison for the murder of Lo-Letha Toland-Hall. He shot her during an encounter that stemmed from a scam in which he was led to believe his grandson was in danger. The court determined that his actions were unjustified, as Toland-Hall posed no threat when she was shot.
