William S. Chemaly

William S. Chemaly is the newly appointed representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in the Central African Republic. His role involves addressing the needs of refugees and displaced persons, as well as advocating for their rights and safe repatriation. He recently led a delegation at a tripartite meeting in Cameroon focused on the voluntary repatriation process for Central African refugees.
