William Vélez Sierra

Vélez was also instrumental in the establishment of Interaseo, a public services company in Colombia, and played a key role in significant contracts with Ecopetrol. Known for his low profile yet influential connections, he was recognized for his contributions to the business sector before his recent passing at the age of 83 due to a head injury.
