Willington Arnaud

Willington Arnaud is the executive director of the National Institute of Potable Waters (Inapa) in the Dominican Republic. He has recently been called upon to address severe sanitation issues in El Seibo, where residents are suffering from contamination due to a malfunctioning sewage system.
