Willisa 'Phoenix' Armstrong is a 41-year-old personal fitness trainer, paddle board instructor, and voice-over artist from the Bahamas who began her fitness journey in 2014 to overcome personal challenges, including anxiety and depression. After winning the overall Wellness B class at the Bahamas Athletic Physique Alliance Championship, she is set to compete in the NPC Panama Fall Classic, striving to become the next Bahamian female to compete at The Olympia.
