Wilson Mnzava

Mr. Wilson Mnzava is the founding Managing Director of CRDB Insurance Company, a subsidiary of CRDB Bank in Tanzania. He joined CRDB Bank in March 2020 during a crucial period of transition in the insurance sector, rapidly rising through the ranks due to his expertise and leadership. Mnzava played a pivotal role in navigating the regulatory shifts brought about by the Insurance (Bancassurance) Regulations of 2019, helping the bank to establish its own insurance company amidst challenges faced by many institutions.
