Wilver Villegas-Palomino

Wilver Villegas-Palomino, known as 'El Puerco', is a Colombian fugitive wanted in the United States on charges of narcoterrorism and international cocaine distribution as a member of the National Liberation Army (ELN). He is also listed among the FBI's most wanted, with a reward of up to $5 million offered for information leading to his capture.
