Win Da, a 36-year-old Cambodian national, was recently in the news after being arrested in Buriram, Thailand, on suspicion of being a spy. Authorities found him in possession of a homemade shotgun and military uniforms associated with the Cambodian military, which led to allegations that he was gathering intelligence for Cambodia.
