Winston Mukulu

Winston Mukulu is a Ugandan refugee who, like his companion Jackson Ssebuliba, sought safety in South Africa due to persecution related to his sexual orientation. Both have experienced significant barriers in obtaining the necessary documentation to regularize their status in the country.
