Woopsyang

Woopsyang is a Korean artist and the founder of the Space-Out competition, which encourages participants to embrace the art of doing nothing as a form of performance art. He initiated this unique competition in Seoul in 2014, highlighting the societal pressures of constant productivity and the importance of finding moments of calm in our fast-paced lives. Through this event, Woopsyang aims to promote mindfulness and self-acceptance, allowing individuals to appreciate the value of downtime.
