Wu Liang-ching is the mayor of Changzhi Township in Pingtung County, Taiwan, known for advocating the preservation of a historic tomb discovered during a grave relocation project. This tomb is significant as it is the final resting place of over 200 Hakka fighters who died during the Battle of Huoshaozhuang in 1895.
