Xenia Abadía

Xenia Abadía is a 76-year-old mother who has been searching for her daughter, Yessenia Quintana, since the U.S. invasion of Panama on December 20, 1989. During a recent protest commemorating the invasion, she shared her ongoing anguish over her daughter's disappearance, who was set to pursue a degree in nursing at the University of Panama before her life was tragically cut short.
