Xia Zhihua

Xia Zhihua is the head of the Department of Cybersecurity at Jinan University, responsible for coordinating the logistics of the cybersecurity competition. He manages a team of volunteers and ensures that all necessary resources and safety measures are in place for the successful execution of the event.
