Xiean Cheng

Xiean Cheng, 42, of Cornelius, North Carolina, was recently arrested and charged with second-degree financial fraud for allegedly posing as a federal agent in a scam targeting an 85-year-old man, attempting to convince him to hand over over $200,000 in gold bars.
