Xu Xiaozhan

Xu Xiaozhan is a modern agricultural professional and the head of a crop cultivation cooperative in Xu Bei Village, Jining, Shandong Province. At 53 years old, he is recognized as a new type of professional farmer who integrates advanced technology into agriculture, utilizing AI and smart farming equipment such as self-driving plant protection machines and drones. In August 2023, he was awarded the title of 'Senior Agronomist' by the Jining Agricultural and Rural Bureau. Xu emphasizes the importance of talent and technology in rural revitalization, and he has recently graduated from Shandong Agricultural University, where he studied big data, to further enhance agricultural practices and e-commerce channels.
